In recent years,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the work of party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,emphasizing the importance of fully utilization the new media technology to carry out ideological education.Nowadays,China has entered the era of big data.The continuous development of artificial intelligence and the popularization of mobile phones has provided new opportunities for the application of “Moso Teach” in college to innovate ideological and political theory courses.The use of “Moso Teach ” to innovate the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities not only adapts to the needs of college students' personality development,but also conforms the work opinions of the national network ideological and political education,and also improves the timeliness of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.It is of great significance to occupy the advanced ideological and political education positions of colleges and universities and to cultivate qualified socialist successors.Through the basic concepts of the concept,theoretical basis,importance and feasibility of the innovative development of college ideological and political theory courses under the perspective of “Moso Teach ”,this paper discusses the basic points.According to the results of questionnaires and interviews,the paper analyzes the status of the application of “Moso Teach” in college ideological and political theory courses and the status quo of traditional ideological and political theory courses and investigates the innovative development of the “Moso Teach” in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the problems and the causes ofthese problems in the ideological and political theory course of “Moso Teach” and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The study found that the application of “Moso Teach” to college ideological and political theory courses shows strong interactivity and strong timeliness.Firstly,students are the main body,which enhances the interactive nature of the classroom.Secondly,it provides students with rich cutting-edge,ideological teach resources and more.Thirdly,through data-driven teaching,instant feedback is obtained.Finally,The relationship between teachers and students has become more and more harmonious,and a friendly relationship has formed between teachers and students.However,there are also problems such as low penetration rate,inadequate function use,inattention of students in the class,and the need to improve the quality of teaching content.The main reason for these problems is that the network education concepts and skills of college ideological and political theory teachers are relatively backward,the system and mechanism of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are not perfect,the self-control ability of some college students is poor,and the quality of teaching needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the innovative development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities from the aspects of the ideological and political theory course teachers,institutional mechanisms,college students themselves,teaching content and methods and the use of teaching platform.
