The Current Situation And Research On The Ideological And Political Theory’s Practical Teaching In Private Universities

Ideological and political theory class as a main channel and position in the acceptation of the ideological and political education for college students, along with deepening the higher education system’s reforming and the popularization of higher education, private higher education has become China’s socialist higher education an important part of my career. Ideological and political education works on college students in China also have one more important position. Private colleges’ students have its own unique rules and characteristics besides the general college students have in common. Therefore, private colleges’ideological and political education work must be based on the school-running features of private colleges is not fully in accordance with the ordinary university students’ ideological and political teaching way and method to carry out. The article is discussing how to strengthen the private universities ideological and political education work based on the present status of the practice teaching of ideological and political theory course as the research object.At present, the private universities thought politics theory class practice teaching, organize the implementation and management system has many problems:paraphrase the ordinary university’s teaching mode, update teaching content slowly, single teaching means, leadership not value enough and unreasonable structure of teaching staff construction, etc. As a result, the theory teaching, management methods, the education idea and the practice teaching phase out, affected the practice teaching of ideological and political theory education function and effect in practice seriously. Based on the practice teaching of ideological and political theory education’s important role and the current problems existing in the practice teaching process, this paper tries to explore the new mode of practice teaching organization, method, practice teaching of ideological and political theory education and improve the work efficiency.Using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey, the paper is making a study on private universities thought politics theory class in practice teaching from the characteristics of private colleges’students, building of teachers’team construction and management system. In this paper, applying the theory of Marxist ideological and political education from four aspects, points out that to solve the private universities thought politics theory class practice teaching and countermeasures:first, to carry out "education, moral education first, unity, all-round development" of the teaching idea; Second, integration of teaching resources, to create rich and colorful teaching form; Third, the establishment of a stable, high level quality of private universities ideological and political theory course teachers team; Fourth, strengthen the management of private universities ideological and political education system and working mechanism. Scientific study for our country current private universities thought politics theory class practice teaching, make whole private universities ideological and political education work more scientific, standardized.
