The Study On Strategy Of Social Organization In The Perspective Of Contingency Theory

Under the background of constantly adjust the relation between nation and society, social organization has become an important support to social public field. There is no denying the fact that social organizations has been growing vigorously because of the improvement of the social environment. But due to the limitation of environmental factors and their own conditions, the survival and development of social organizations still exist many problems. Therefore, the study of social organization’s survival mechanism and path of development has important practical significance, and is still the hotspot in the academic fieldThe survival mechanism has always been one of the important problems in the study of organizations and provided different explanations. Contingency theory has absorbed the traditional organization and management and system theory, and put forward the more flexible interpretation:the organization’s strategies and the environment is not a "one to one correspondence between the functional relation; Organization’s strategies need to reflect to the social environment. Contingency theory emphasizes the "if, then" contingency relationship, and holds that the effectiveness of different management pattern, style, skills will change with the environment. Therefore, formulate corresponding strategies in accord with the organization’s internal and external environment becomes the focus of contingency theory in organizational research methods.The formation of social organization’s survival strategy in the complex environment is the ponder starting point of this study. It pick up NPI as the subject of case study with the method of field research and will examine how the organization adopt different strategies to maintain the survival in the actual operation process.Based on summarizing a lot of empirical materials, this paper attempts to summarize the survival strategies of NPI, which focus on the external、the internal development factors and Intrinsic motivation of contingency strategies.
