Study On Strategy Of Urban Community Social Organization

Inrecentyears,China has actively carried out the transformation of service-oriented government.In this wave of government transformation,the role of urban community social organizations in social governance has become increasingly prominent,has gradually become an important force to promote community services,to help residents express and participate in community governance.However,the development oforganization is not mature,and there are some practical difficulties,such as lack of resources,uneven quality of service,weak competitiveness and so on.To improve the ability of community social organizations,give full play to their service functions,not only need to rely on the optimization of the government system,but also need to organize actions to overcome difficulties.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the survival strategies of community organizations.Thispaperis comparative study about survival strategy of organization based on the theory of resource dependence perspective.I summarized the specific survival strategies of cases.Then,I analyzes the dependence mechanism of community social organizations with the government,and tries to answer the following questions.First,What kind of survival strategy A and B organization used respectively? Second,A and B groups face what kind of difficulties and problems? Third,what causes A and B group differences?The study found that,organization A use the strategy like understand the organization's external environment,make full use of social relations,project cooperation,consolidate the basis of cooperation,etc.Organization B use the strategy like maintenance social dependence,other government resources inside,strengthen the integration of internal resources utilization.I found the relationship between the government and the social organization and the use of the community social organization's survival strategy is a kind of interactive and dynamic cycle.Case A's strategy shows a "resource-oriented" feature,which shows the excessive dependence on government and the trend of "fragmentation".Case B shows the characteristics of "two street",and out of the actual needs of the public.It may go to the "involution".
