Nonprofit Incubator To Achieve The Effect Of The Specialization Of Social Work Research

Based on the existing research about the social work specialization and non-profitincubator, we found that current scholars research is mainly conducted in these twoseparate areas, lack of research on the relationship between them. This article is based onthe mode of operation and function of incubators in China, research how non-profitincubator hatch the NPO social worker class, combining theory with case studies to clarifythe incubator for China’s social work professional role, and on the development ofnon-profit incubator has made appropriate recommendations.This article uses a combination of literature research and participatory observationmethod to collect information and analyze them, and strive to make research specifications,rigorous. And experimented with innovations from two aspects:(1) non-profit incubator inour country has a short time, research in this area still has a forward-looking, so therelevant documents are not so much. With the summary of the articles in non-profitincubator at home and abroad,I try to make further in-depth analysis of the case;(2) studyon the effect of non-profit incubator for social work specialization is blank, this articlethrough participation in person by incubator hatching study on NPO work training socialworkers, proves the point, made it as a professional path to implementation;(3) on the basisof analysis and Discussion of the problems encountered in the incubator developmentprocess in China, put forward relevant proposals from three levels: the incubator itself, thegovernment, the public.
