Innovative entrepreneurial teachers is an important part of active students' innovative thinking and help them implement entrepreneurial behavior successfully,it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out and reform innovation and entrepreneurial education.Based on the literature research method,this paper combs the research status of innovative entrepreneurship teachers' competence at home and abroad,taking innovative entrepreneurial teachers in Hebei province as the research object,using questionnaire method,statistical analysis method and interview method,analyzing the composition,present situation and existing problems of innovative entrepreneurship teachers' competence from the level of theoretical research and empirical research,and provides suggestions for the improvement of innovative entrepreneurship teachers' competence in colleges and universities.Based on the competency model,this study analyzed the competency composition and present situation of innovative entrepreneurship teachers in Hebei province.Using literature review method,behavioral event interview and Delphi method of constracting competency model extracts and confirming compency components,the result is that the competency index system is reliable.According to the competency index elements design the teacher questionnaire,then analyze the reliability and validity of data,extract and name the common factors,and analyze the current situation of teacher competence in each dimension statistically.In order to explore the problems and reasons behind the survey data,this paper selects the relevant teachers from various colleges and universities to carry out targeted interviews,from the aspects of teacher structure,competency status and university management system,analysis problems and reasons of innovative entrepreneurial teachers in the process of competency improvement.The results show that:(1)Competency of innovative entrepreneurial teachers consists of six dimensions: knowledge accomplishment,professional ability,professional character,personality trait,self-improvement as well as innovation and entrepreneurship skills;(2)As a whole,there is a upper-middle level of competence for innovative entrepreneurial teachers,but there are many problems in the composition of teachers,the present situation and the system of university.On this basis,the independent development of teachers' and the concrete measures of colleges and universities are brought together into various forces,and some strategic suggestions are put forward to promote the competence of innovative entrepreneurial teachers.Teachers should take professional identity as the premise to improve their autonomous learning ability and combine theory with practice.Colleges and universities should optimize faculty structure of teachers,strengthen the construction of them,at the same time,expend the scope of teacher recruitment,refine the entry criteria for teachers as well as enrich teacher training format,innovative assessment incentive system,striving to create a system environment to promote teachers' competence.
