Chenyuan is not only a historical master, but also a famous educator.his life’s main activities are always closely linked with education career. In this study, Chen Yuan innovative educational thought and practice have been studied and summarized the systematically, on the basis of the consolidated results of previous studies, the supplement of the’Oral History of Qi Gong’and’Chen Yuan correspondence set’(update) Chen Yuan relating to innovative educational content and methods of data, in-depth analysis of the origins of Chen Yuan innovative educational ideas, educational content and education for his innovative training methods and other aspects of teacher quality are discussed systematically to innovative education Chen Yuan’s theory of ideological education objective analysis and judgment, to reveal the connotation of Chen Yuan innovative educational ideas, to provide a reference for the implementation of innovative education today.The method used in this study are literature studies, comparative studies, empirical research, and also draws on the research methods of pedagogy, to study systematically innovative educational ideas of Chen Yuan. Concrete structure is as follows:The first chapter discusses the various factors formed Chen Yuan innovative education ideas, including social and cultural background, the impact of advanced intellectuals, the malpractice and effect of traditional education, educational status and requirements at that time and other aspects. The second chapter discusses Chen Yuan innovation in the teaching content in order to’learn the history of the source’and’freshman Mandarin’as an example for analysis, by comparison with the old curriculum, analyze the reasons for the creation of new courses, main content, and explain what embodies innovative educational ideas. The third chapter the use of comparative law, discusses with Chen Yuan innovative teaching methods, including ’ the ability to inspire students to auto research’ and ’teaching and research combined with’ two aspects, by comparing expresses the new method of teaching can improve students’ innovative consciousness and innovative capacity. The fourth chapter discusses the importance Chen Yuan innovative quality training for teachers, to explain mainly innovation among teachers, innovation ability, the importance of innovation and quality, and how to train teachers with these qualities. The fifth chapter epilogue comprehensive summary of the depth of excavation of Chen Yuan innovative ideas and Spiritual Education, draw useful lessons.
