As the development of economy, in order to adapt into its requirement for high-end applied talents, and to make the master education provide better service for social development, and in some sense, to relieve unemployment of current graduates, in March,2009, Ministry of Education in China launched policies to expand the recruiting of full-time master program in full swing, especially for those freshly graduated bachelors. Afterwards, the proportion of full-time professional master is continuously increased, but with academic master been lessened. Since2009when the full-time Master of Education program was started, the first session of graduates have started their work after two years cultivation. Due to ambiguous cognition or even misunderstanding towards full-time Master of Education degree, it’s necessary and significant to provide illustration and conduct research in terms of its features, the actual implementation, results of cultivation, etc. so as to make people have a better understanding of this profession, at the same time, to discover its advantages and disadvantages, after which we can take measures to improve it, so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of this program.The thesis firstly conducts research and analysis in terms of full-time Master of Education, non full-time Master of Education and full-time professional master, in order to point out the necessity of my research. Besides, also makes definition for relevant concepts. Then, demonstrates the development history of two ways of Master of Education program in China, explores background for the development of full-time Master of Education, and analyze its basic feature through comparison with non full-time Master of Education. The next, makes comparison between cultivation program of full-time Master of Education and the cultivation program of Master of Pedagogy, make further clarification of differences between the two ways. Afterwards, make analysis of the results in terms of courses, teaching, teachers, internship and thesis, so as to demonstrate the cultivation of full-time Master of Education, and then make conclusions. At last, analyze existing problems in aspects of attractiveness for recruiting students, implementation of cultivation, and policy protection. Afterwards, propose strategies from angles of student, school, and government, so as to improve the actual cultivation of full-time Master of Education.
