Study On The Current Situation And Employment Expectation Of Yunnan Province Full-time Master Of Physical Education Graduates

In the expansion of mfa and its optimum conditions,the reform of our country to optimize the structure began to comprehensive reform of graduate education,a full-time professional degree education mode,sorts the graduate student education training.Cultivation of talents in colleges and universities in yunnan province is relatively lag,schools did not determine the training mode,full-time sports master specialized degree graduate student training status and training target of the situation,the ways of reasonable degree,curriculum fits,especially the employment situation become the related specialized degree graduate student,the school and the pressing problem,unit of choose and employ persons urgently want to know,however,the current full-time research status quo of mfa and the study of the graduate employment problem is not too much,that the quality of personnel training to cultivate unit and master of sports professional graduates employment restriction role.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and employment expectation of full-time master's degree graduates in yunnan province.In yunnan province,there are three recruit full-time colleges and universities sports master specialized degree graduate student,yunnan normal university,yunnan university and yunnan agricultural university,which recruit the sports teaching,sports training and social sports guidance three professional direction.In this paper,using literature data method,questionnaire survey and field survey method of full-time professional master degree of sports training units in yunnan province fixed number of year of the professional training target,training,training,training modes,curriculum,special technology,and the cultivation of the scientific research and graduation thesis present situation investigation and analysis of yunnan province full-time sports master specialized degree graduate student problems existing in the training process,for the yunnan full-time sports master specialized degree graduate student employment expectations of investigation and analysis,with full-time status quo of sports master specialized degree graduate student training in yunnan province main conditions in combination with the current social interaction analysis,looking for a suit a point,Then respectively full-time graduate education in a master's degree in sports units in yunnan province and students come up with new ideas,to promote full-time sports master specialized degree graduate student contributions to the improvement of training quality,at the same time also provide advice to students employment related problems.Through the investigation on the current situation and employment expectation of yunnan full-time master of physical education graduate students:1.The current situation of yunnan province's full-time master of physical education degree training is not optimistic;2.Yunnan province full-time master of physical education professional degree graduate employment expectations are not high,employment mentality is good,professional.
