The intention of writing this article is research and explore on the matter of Cultivating Process of Full-time Master of Education. The article mainly focuses on four aspects: curriculum, educational practice, tutor to guide, teaching methods. Through analysis the survey data from three universities in the southwest area thinking the matter of cultivating process of Full-time Master of Education in our country. In addition, give two examples of the cultivating process of Harvard University and Teachers College Columbia University. Concluded that the characteristics of cultivating process and proposed several suggestions for Full-time Masters of Education.The main truck of this article can be divided into five chapters:The first part is introduction. It states the background of the subject, research significance, literature review and research thinking and approaches. And the definition of related concepts of profession degree, Master of Education in full time and the four sections as well.The second part is document research. Summarizing characteristics of the M.Ed. by comparison with other two degree, and the meaning of degree settings also.The third part is questionnaire survey. Investigated the students and teachers from the three Normal universities in southwest area. It reflection the existing problems of cultivating process of Full-time Master Education.The Fourth part is case study. Mainly for the Harvard University and Teacher College of Columbia University. Analysis the four links, include: curriculum, educational practices, tutor to guide and teaching methods. It summaries the successful experiences, in order to improve the quality of the cultivated of the Full-time Master of Education.The fifth part is suggestions for cultivating process of Full-Time Master of Education. First is the concept of integrated into the curriculum, from the course objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum content, curriculum evaluation, the four aspects put forward corresponding measures. then build a professional tutors team, more again, to strengthen the educational practice and establish an organization department. At last, adopt flexible and varied teaching methods, in order to improve emotional environment.
