On the other hand, school administrators mistook students self-governing for left the students to themselves without any school guidance and supervise, which given rise to a power trip for the students after the May4th Movement who couldn’t accept constraints. Consequence, the student management of China fell into an ultra-democracy mode after wiped off the feudal character’s despotism management mode."The New Educational System" in1922was an achievement of "the New Culture Movement" and "the May4th Movement", which educators learned from the advanced western educational thoughts combined with China’s realities, especially the irrationality of the1912-1913educational system.
