In kindergarten teaching, to teach the music in playing is an ideal for most teachers to desire and pursue. But it is found that in the practical operation it is difficult to implement. This has encouraged the researcher to think and reflect on how to achieve this goal and take it into practice with a specific implementation.First of all, by studying the relevant literature from the dimension of relationships between arts (music) and play, teaching and play, the researcher comes to the conclusion that play has a profound historical origin and quite a close relationship with whether education or the arts (music), while the main line of the spirit of the play has been through it. This has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the thesis of "making the pre-school children’s music teaching playful".So what is the internal mechanism of playful? At present, the author thinks that:Maslow’s "Need Levels Theory" should be the most appropriate one to answer this question. The implementation paths include the interpersonal support, cognitive challenges, aesthetic moving and self-regulation. In this study, the team that the researcher belongs to jointly develop a new teaching model to achieve this goal as a tool, and what are the regulations for this new teaching model to be used by teachers in the implementation process is the main problem to be solved in this study, and it is mainly studied from the teachers’aspect. Therefore, the researcher also sorts out the related literature about the learning theory.Secondly, by using the observation, researcher has watched the whole process of the kindergarten teachers using this teaching model, and to find its specific performance. And from the five processes of this teaching model, the researcher gets a summary of this study.Next, starting from the findings of this teaching model’s use in the teachers’ practice, and based on the related learning theory and research on interviews with18teachers, the researcher analyzes the reasons for teachers’inefficiency in learning and applying this teaching model. The reasons are mainly the following ones:lack of understanding of the content of the teaching model, lack of the illustrations’rendering and analysis, lack of the exercises or practice and lack of the inherent feedback. The researcher also explores the rules of this teaching model, and they are mainly the following steps:the attitude and motivationâ†'understanding of the content of the teaching modelâ†'practice (oneself and others)â†'feedback and reflection/team supportâ†'re-practiceâ†'further reflection...... the following part is the constantly spiraling cycle of practice and reflection.Finally, the researcher also gives some recommendations, mainly in three aspects: a description of the training course, a description of the teaching materials and recommendations to the kindergarten. For the recommendations to the kindergarten are also divided into three parts:to the teacher, to the music team leader and to the principal.
