This paper takes the kindergarten health care providers as the research object. By the methods of qualitative research and quantitative research, the study showed the current status quo, problems and solutions of health care providers’professional identity, which provide some reference value to preschool education and kindergarten health care provider s’development.Based on the literature analysis and combined with the open interview result analysis, researcher finally got a questionnaire of kindergarten health care providers’ professional identity, which had excellent adaptability and flexibility. The questionnaire included four dimensions as "professional force identity","professional emotion identity","professional value identity","professional ability identity". Researcher investigated kindergarten health care providers by using the questionnaire of kindergarten health care providers’professional identity to test the hypothesis that the difference of each dimension of professional identity on, basic personal information variables and occupation characteristic variables. The Results are as follows:The results reveal that the overall level of kindergarten health care providers’ professional identity is positive. Professional identity does not exist significant differences among ages, education, major, title, work experience, compilation, kindergarten nature. Professional force identity exists significant difference between length of service. Besides, intention of occupational selection, the kindergarten provides support for study and training, salary satisfaction, the leader’s attention of health care providers’work, the status in the kindergarten etc and the support of colleagues are all important factors of kindergarten health care providers’professional identity.Basing on the systematic approach, the study suggests improving the level of health care providers’professional identity from three aspects, educational institutions, kindergarten leaders and health doctors themselves.
