With the opening of the national two-child policy in October 2015,people's living standards have been improving day by day,and kindergartens have become a must choice for parents to choose preschool education,so that school-age children can receive preschool education.The state attaches increasing importance to preschool education,and the top-level design of early childhood education has been introduced one after another.The state encourages the development of education in preschool education,health care and social management,so as to ensure the comprehensive and sustainable development of early childhood education.Three kindergarten in chengde city health management situation investigation,emphatically analyzes the chengde three kindergarten sanitation management,kindergarten management health survey,kindergarten health management organization setup,kindergarten sanitation supervision system,etc.,found in chengde city three kindergarten health management has many problems,such as health management does not reach the designated position,kindergarten facilities kindergarten health management personnel shortage,kindergarten health management mechanism is not clear,the kindergarten health supervision system is not sound,implementation does not reach the designated position,etc.The reasons for the problems in the health management of the three kindergartens in chengde city were analyzed,mainly including the low attention paid by the local government to the health work of kindergartens,the lack of health management in kindergartens themselves,and the parents' vague awareness of the health management in kindergartens.In view of the above problems,in order to improve the health management of chengde kindergarten,it is necessary to strengthen the health management of kindergarten facilities,improve the health facilities of kindergarten,pay attention to the cleanliness of facilities;To the kindergarten health management personnel construction,cultivate the kindergarten management ability,develop a detailed training plan,optimize the kindergarten staff structure;To enhance the ideological understanding of kindergarten health management,improve the importance of health management,the establishment of a reasonable management institutions;It is necessary to strengthen the construction of supervision system,establish a scientific reward and punishment system for performance,and give full play to the role of supervision system.
