The new curriculum reform, let the teacher have more rights of the curriculum and teaching, and let every school has its own characteristics. In such an environment, the "school-based research" is easy to attract the attention of the main body of research, whether journal or books, there are a lot of articles to introduce the "school-based research", some about rational critics’ research paper of school-based theory, some about the teaching-research staffs’experience, but also have new teachers’confusion. The author care quite a problem is:in this intense discussion, the researchers to school-based research studies exactly at what stage.The author comprehensive some scholars point of view, according to the depth of the main body, the researchers divided into "school-based research" of main neutrality, entering the main, the main immersion, the main integration of four research paradigm, by analyzing the text and case interviews to explore researchers based research.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first and second chapters are mainly theoretical explanation, the reason the author selected the paper, the meaning and the ideas and methods of the study, this paper mainly uses text analysis and case analysis to study "school-based research" paradigm. And paper defines the important concepts such as "school-based research"," research-paradigm", so readers can more clear understanding of the paper. The third chapter and the fourth chapter paper are introduced the "school-based research" in the text and the case interviews., the text including domestic middle and primary school teaching status and Japan school-based research in elementary school, the selection of a Japanese elementary school because the school in the school-based research is very good, can and do a comparison of domestic situation. In the fifth chapter the writer summarized the research conclusions and Suggestions, on how to achieve the ideal subject of the fusion of the "school-based research" paradigm. The last chapter was epilogue part, paper exist some problems.Through the analysis, we found in the text there are a lot of schools can reach the main body of the fusion research paradigm, but in case analysis have no to reach the last paradigm, the difference between city and countryside schools become narrow, but the gap between the different schools are still big. According to the text analysis and case analysis results, we hope from three aspects to promoting research paradigm ideal coming:change the idea, perfect the system, improve action.
