Because of the examination-oriented education, rural schools do not attach importance tomusic education, music education become not essential courses, especially in remote ruralareas is more serious, lack of teaching facilities, do not attach importance to the leadership,students do not want to learn, the teacher is willing to teach, leading to the rural primary andsecondary school music teachers’ professional identity in the state of crisis.I as a master of education in the countryside, the profound understanding to rural and city,the developed rural area and backward area, the music education of the unbalanceddevelopment, rural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identity crisis.If this trend continues, rural primary and secondary school music education will remainstagnant. Therefore, the reform in education of the environment, study of rural primary andsecondary school music teachers’ professional identity crisis and reconstruction, for countrymusic teachers’ professional development is of important significance.Rural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identity research inunderstanding of rural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professionaldevelopment as well as their professional values, a sense of belonging and professionalbehavior tendency of the basic situation, for the country and the related department ofeducation to provide a good reference for rural schools, and formulate the relevant rules andregulations to provide the necessary theoretical basis. In addition, for rural primary andsecondary school music teachers’ professional identity crisis and reconstruction of theresearch, suitable for framing the rural music teachers’ professional identity development andmanagement to widen train of thought, better guide the rural schools of music teacherprofessional identity needs understanding, can provide a more favorable conditions, but alsoteachers thorough understanding of oneself, and drive to promote the whole society for ruralprimary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identity crisis and reconstructionof the support and understanding.Our country rural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identityresearch is relatively late, the existing research results are relatively few, especially the lack ofrural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identity crisis andreconstruction research. Therefore, based on the rural primary and middle school musicteachers’ professional identity crisis of research and investigation, for rural primary andsecondary school music teachers’ identity crisis of the main issues to review and summary, therural primary and middle school music teachers’ professional identity crisis, so as to formulaterural primary and secondary school music teachers’ professional identity reconstructionstrategy.
