The exploitation and the management of curriculum based on the ecological philosophyis the sublate of scientific curriculum view and its management. It makes the idea of“managing for sustainable organizational ecology” become the value seeking of vocationalcolleges curriculum management. Therefore, from the curriculum management perspectiveand along the curriculum, curriculum ecosystem, curriculum ecosystem of vocational colleges,curriculum ecosystem management clues, this article focuses on the analysis of connotation,elements, environment, structure, function, characteristics of vocational colleges’ curriculumecosystem, through the separate and comprehensive use of document, comparative andhistorical research methods. Based on the above research, this article advances concepts andstrategies of the “curriculum ecosystem management". Specific content as follows:Chapter One, preface:Based on the demonstration of the purpose and significance of the selected topic research,this chapter straightens the foreign and domestic existing research results, and defines threebasic concepts: curriculum, curriculum management and employers. And this chapter alsomakes clear the main research method and specific research content and way of thinking.Chapter two, the connotation of vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem:On the premise of defining “vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem”, this chapterdemonstrates the elements of the system: teachers, students, employers and curriculumresources. Types and the structure of environmental factors centered on the above four keyelements are also mentioned.Chapter three, the structure of vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem:This chapter focuses on the relationship in the curriculum ecosystem between elements,environmental factors and the system. According to the Japanese scholar’s curriculummanagement P-D-S theory model, and in the grasp of the above relationships, this chapterconstructs the structural model of vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem.Chapter four, functions of vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem:This chapter illustrates the operation mechanism and basic functions of the curriculumecosystem on the basis of its structural model. And through the induction and the generalization of system’s characteristics, this chapter further deepens the fully understandingand the overall grasp of the curriculum ecosystem.Chapter five, vocational colleges’ curriculum ecosystem management:Firstly, through the study of the historical evolution of vocational colleges’ curriculummanagement, this chapter makes clear the ecological tendency of vocational colleges’curriculum management. Secondly, combined with the primary recognition of vocationalcolleges’ curriculum ecosystem, on the basis of the transplantation of biological ecosystemmanagement theory, this chapter puts forward the “curriculum ecosystem management"concept. Thirdly, through the analysis of variant types of vocational colleges’ curriculumecosystem’s realistic situation, this chapter advances strategies of curriculum ecosystemmanagement in view of vocational colleges’ level.The Conclusion: This part puts forward the core view of the whole thesis and makesclear deficiencies of this research and proposals of subsequent research.
