As we all know,the school-based curriculum takes on important responsibilities in the new curriculum reform.For this reason,school-based curriculum management research is particularly important.School-based curriculum management mainly involves the development,teaching,and implementation evaluation of school-based curriculum.Doing a good job in the development and implementation of school-based curriculum is of great significance to the development of students' individuality and the improvement of teachers' professional quality.Based on China's basic national conditions,the school-based curriculum management of Y Middle School is selected as an analysis case.From the perspective of school administrators,the questionnaire survey method is first used to analyze the current situation of the management of Y-schools,and the interviews are used to analyze the problems.On the basis of the relevant theoretical basis,the paper puts forward a perfect strategy for the management of the middle school curriculum,which provides a reference and reference for the management of the curriculum in the middle school.The main research conclusions are as follows:The average score of the current school management status of Y-school is divided into 3.59 points.From this point of view,the current Y-school middle school management level is at a general level.The school-based curriculum management level is high.According to the data of the questionnaire,the problems of the current situation of Y-school management are summarized.The emphasis on school-based curriculum management is insufficient,the school-based curriculum development model is not reasonable,the implementation of school-based curriculum management measures is insufficient,and the school-based curriculum evaluation management needs to be improved.Based on the results of interviews,the author analyzes the reasons for the problems,mainly related to:lack of understanding of school-based curriculum development management,unclear responsibility;imperfect development management mode,neglecting students' needs:lack of innovation in teaching methods,and urgent improvement of teaching ability;teaching The activity evaluation index is unreasonable,and the evaluation management mechanism is not perfect.According to the problems and reasons of the management of the middle school curriculum,the countermeasures for the management of the middle school curriculum are pointed out,which mainly involves:the level of curriculum development management,and the importance of school-based curriculum management.Optimize the school-based curriculum management organization structure,based on the needs of students,improve the school-based development evaluation review;the curriculum teaching implementation management level recommendations,the school-based curriculum teaching methods need to diversify and innovate,strengthen school-based training,etc.;The school's curriculum evaluation indicators and method selection,the introduction of school-based curriculum dynamic evaluation mechanism.
