School sports is an integral part of school education, and school education is another essential part of the moral, intellectual, aesthetic, labor education foundation. It adapts to the three aspects of the overall development of students and plays a positive role in promoting the physical, psychological and social effects. In recent years, along with lifestyle changes also give students a lot of physical and mental health problems. Physical and mental health of young people have become the focus of attention of the whole society. Strengthening youth sports school education has become a serious problem, especially in high schools. From the physical point of view of high school students in a slow growth period, except for a few students’ physical development indicators, most indicators are still in positive growth period; ??in terms of values ?? high school students change gradually from relatively simple interests in psychological satisfaction to the more rational, functional items for sports physical and social transformation. So it is of great significance to seize this powerful opportunity to fully develop students’ physical fitness, promote the development of heart function, and their whole life, and lay the foundation for lifelong physical health.In this paper, the literature, Current PE Teaching Content questionnaires, interviews, and data analysis of Binzhou 18 ordinary high schools are used, combined with the current situation,the use of facilities and funding status of resource teachers. Cognitive attitudes related groups and schools factors affect the sport of field survey and analysis of survey data analysis,countermeasures and suggestions according to the survey, in order to promote the development of Binzhou City high school sports school, thus contributing to the overall development of students.On the status of the investigation and influential factors analyzed the following conclusions are made:1. Status of Physical Education Teaching content: 65.7% of the teachers’ high school physical education and health curriculum standards "basic understanding and 51.3% of teachers to teaching based on New Curriculum. For physical education 50% of the schools have changed the traditional form-- natural classes into elective classes. With the enactment of national policy,the school vigorously carries out the "three ball" teaching, especially in the implementation of the policy of the football into the campus, while extracurricular sports activities like morning exercises, calisthenics, and other forms of large recess gradually increase. However, schools and teachers lack the awareness to develop curriculum resources, and the development of schoolbased curricula is also not enough.2. Status of School Physical Education Teachers: In Binzhou City, 18 general sports stage HRA high school teachers meet state regulations to ensure the smooth progress of school physical education. But the lack of in-service training during the professional skills of teachers and teachers’ large workload hinder the smooth development of school sports.3. Status of Sports Facilities Resource utilization: In Binzhou City, 18 high school sports equipment in accordance with the national "high school with sports equipment directory" must be equipped with a standard class venues and equipment. While teaching meets the needs of teachers, but for lack of reasonable grounds equipment maintenance and timely maintenance,management of the actual utilization of closed school time is not high.4. Related Groups on cognitive status quo attitude of School Physical Education: School leaders and parents can recognize the importance of physical education for students’ physical and mental health, but because of academic pressure and sports safety issues and other reasons,school physical education is ignored. Students’ Sports awareness and motivation have improved,and they prefer the relatively competitive after-school activities.5. Status of interpersonal relationships: the lack of democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the lack of communication between students, and the lack of the spirit of unity and cooperation make them lack a good learning atmosphere, affecting the smooth conduct of school.6. Evaluation of Physical Education and Sport evaluation of learning: evaluation of teachers is intended primarily for teachers’ appointment, rewards and punishments, providing the basis for promotion, while evaluation of the content is not comprehensive, lacking comprehensive evaluation; evaluation of students does not involve individual differences,ignoring the interests of students, only attaching importance to the evaluation results, based on the process not complying with the principles of development.A solution is proposed, based on the above research Status: integration of government,society and schools’ power to strengthen the high school sports leadership and organization,publicity work; according to "Sports and Health curriculum standards", reasonable arrangements for physical education curriculum resources; scientific rational allocation of school sports infrastructure, equipment; enhancing physical training of teachers, strengthening regional joint teaching and research, improving teachers’ professional standards; the development of local characteristics of the project to strengthen the development of traditional national projects;improving school physical evaluation methods; enhancing the safety management and preventive measures for school sports; developing the good cooperative relationship between teachers and students...
