With the development of the global information revolution, the comprehensive national strength depends to the amount of the reserve of talents and talent competitions now, and the quality of education also affects the rise of national quality and talent cultivation. The quality of preschool education is very important to children’s physical and mental health and other aspects. Lots of researches show that children’s early life experience has a great effect on their rest life and the quality of kindergarten education also affects children’s development. In a certain sense, the determinant of the quality of kindergarten education is the teaching strength of kindergarten teachers. Nowadays, more and more people pay attention to kindergarten teachers’quality and the rise of quality of kindergarten education. To finalize a terminal education concept before teacher on board, value teacher’s lifelong learning and development has become a common view to teacher education all over the world.So now increasingly importance has been attached to kindergarten teachers’on-the-job training.Focusing on teachers professional development, the critical period of a teacher is the early stage, and thousands of facts and researches show that the early stage is important to a teacher. It will probably influence the future of a teacher. The teacher training during this period is an essential and efficient way for fresh teachers to get through the early stage. However, some investigations show that the teacher training we have now is decided by the competent department. It designs the way and contents of training according to the information and teaching condition they have. But these trainings are not so suitable for the kindergarten education of today, so they are not so welcomed by the kindergarten teachers. And researches also show that in resent years the vocational training does make kindergarten teachers learn something new, but not so efficiently.At the same time, the coming of the upsurge of preschool children cause the lack of kindergarten teachers, and then a large number of unprofessional teachers who do not major in kindergarten teaching have been the kindergarten teachers, and the amount of them is still increasing. Because of the social environment economic condition and so on, it happens more often in suburban districts. There are so many of them that a lot of emergency problems occur after they come into the kindergartens. Of all the problems, the orientation training is the most emergency one.This research chooses the orientation training of fresh kindergarten teachers in Qingpu district as an example. It investigates the current situation of teaching training and the development of unprofessional teachers who do not major in kindergarten teaching, and find out the problems about the training. With the help of data from the interviews and questionnaires for some heads of kindergartens and some teaching instructors, the research finds the reasons of these problems and gives out some suggestions to help improve theorientation training to provide some experience and reference for the training group in order to form a reasonable, scientific and efficient fresh kindergarten teachers training.
