Hundred years plan,education is this;Teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers are the builders of education project,the guide of talent training,and shoulder the great mission of national prosperity and rejuvenation.At present,the majority of young teachers in primary and secondary schools are unique.Under the gestation of the new era,they have advantages over their predecessors in professional acquisition and skill training,and will soon become the mainstay of China's basic education teachers.However,as the foundation of basic education,preschool education as a whole is not optimistic.Among them,the orientation of new kindergarten teachers has become a difficult problem for the sustainable and healthy development of new teachers.Therefore,based on the problems existing in the process of orientation of new kindergarten teachers,this study selected 84 new teachers from 10 kindergartens in district N,city C as the research object,conducted a questionnaire survey on them,and conducted in-depth interviews with some new teachers and principals.The study found that there was a general problem of discomfort in the early career of new kindergarten teachers,which was mainly manifested in six aspects: professional identity,professional role,professional psychology,professional interpersonal skills and professional environment.Next,the study conducted an in-depth analysis of the above problems during the orientation period of new kindergarten teachers,and found that the problems were mainly attributable to four types of factors.Secondly,the factors of new teachers' entry into the kindergarten: lack of professional humanistic and environmental quality in the kindergarten,and unsound induction training system for new teachers;Thirdly,corresponding to the factors of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,pre-service teacher education is too blind,and educational theory is disjointed from professional practice;Fourthly,the industry environment of new teachers: the lack of supporting guarantee mechanism for new teachers' entry,and the serious imbalance in the proportion of investment in preschool education.Finally,according to the above four factors,this study puts forward corresponding strategies and Suggestions: first,new kindergarten teachers need to keep the concept of self-improvement;Second,kindergarten should make full efforts to promote new teachers' orientation;Third,colleges and universities need to strengthen the training of quasi-teachers' adaptability;Fourth,the government should take measures to give preschool teachers all aspects of protection.This study is expected to provide practical value for the future transition period of new preschool teachers,and provide theoretical reference for the follow-up study of new preschool teachers' induction and adaptation.
