With the increasing importance of preschool education by the state,the importance of building a team of high-quality preschool teachers and promoting the scientific development of preschool education has gradually become prominent.As the new force of kindergarten development,newly-recruited kindergarten teachers are young and less experienced.Their professional level is related to the formation of professional concept and career development and planning.Kindergarten-based training is an effective way to promote the professional growth of newly recruited kindergarten teachers,which can solve the confusion and needs of teachers in their practical work.Based on the actual situation of kindergarten-based training for newly-recruited kindergarten teachers,this study investigates the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten-based training for newly-recruited kindergarten teachers through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of kindergartens,teachers themselves and society,and finally puts forward corresponding improvement measures.At present,kindergarten-based training for newly recruited kindergarten teachers has not received due attention in kindergartens.Through the investigation,we found that the problems of kindergarten-based training for newly-recruited kindergarten teachers are as follows: some of them are weak in subject consciousness;there are less practice content in training,and more emphasis on theoretical knowledge teaching;the training form is simpler than the traditional one,and the pairing of teachers and apprentices is in the form;the effectiveness of kindergarten-based training is not strong,ignoring follow-up guidance;and the newly-recruited kindergarten teachers are lack of kindergarten-based training.In view of the problems,this study proposes the following improvement measures: creating an interactive training environment to stimulate teachers' motivation to participate in training;meeting teachers' practical needs and integrating early childhood developing knowledge;enriching the form of Kindergarten-based training,focusing on the theme of Kindergarten-based training,strengthening the application effect of training;formulating "long-term and short-term plan" to implement targeted and hierarchical training;establishing lifelong learning,and learning to think and improve the ability of self-reflection.
