In the process of Chinese higher education management system reform, provides a guarantee to higher education popularization and internationalization. However, there are a lot of questions in the process. For promoting Chinese higher education management system reform continuously, and to the development of scientific, reasonable direction. From the Angle of college relations in interests, use stakeholder theory to analyses the problems, this paper reviews the past conditions, consider its future development and propose the countermeasures, which will be of great significance.Firstly, clear the related concepts, and analyses the internal and external stakeholders of higher education. Including university administrators, teacher, student, government, cooperators. And mainly discusses the characteristics and its external stakeholders in colleges and universities, use stakeholder theory and analysis of higher education management system reform of correspondence. Use stakeholder theory to analyses the higher education management system reform is very meaningful.Secondly, analyses the reform of higher education management system, and stages division, main research in higher education since founding to now, points out that university and government, education and cooperators intermediary organization relationship of interests, research the causes, find the problems.Finally, author brings forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions caused by the game among main profit subjects in higher education. Including straighten out the government and university relations of interest, straighten cooperator and the interest relationship between university, straighten out the education of the university and intermediary organizations. Aimed at the compensation mechanism of various universities stakeholder conflicts of interest, establishing the effective contract, to promote higher education management system reform, make our higher education to scientific, internationalization direction.
