Along with the community sports unceasing development, comprehensive community sports clubs become the products of the age, which put commonweal undertakings in a leading position and perform enterprise management and socialized service. The key to the development of comprehensive community sports clubs as non-profit organizations and the balance between social benefits and economic benefits is that whether they have the legal person’s qualifications. In addition, there also are some important factors to affect the development of comprehensive community sports clubs such as the public welfare is unobvious, the property right is unclear, the lack of social security system, the incentive and restraint mechanism is unbalanced, governmental orientation, information dissymmetry etc.The start and foundation of this research is that whether the comprehensive community sports club can implement corporate governance and how to choose the modes. Firstly, the paper illustrate the non-profit organization, the comprehensive community sports club and the corporate governance with related some rationales. Secondly, the paper analyze the critical factors of corporate governance, including the relation between the comprehensive community sports club and the government the market and the community, the effect factors of development of comprehensive community sports clubs and the preconditions of corporate governance. Thirdly, summarize the enlightenments of corporate governance of our country’s comprehensive community sports club by foreign experiences.
