The competitive level of a national football team depends on many factors. Thereserve and training of juvenile football talent is a world-recognized importantone,which influence the development of football game. In order to improve thesports level continuously and get sustainable development, we must follow theproject’s own law and the talents growth pattern. A lot of football powers and highlydeveloping countries have their strong backup talent reserves and youth talentcultivating methods. Long before, comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the idea of“grab from baby”. However, we failed to set up a perfect juvenile athletes trainingsystem until now.In April2009, the state sports general administration of China and the ministryof education jointly issued the “the notice about carrying out the national youthcampus football activities”. What’s more, they officially launched the national youthcampus football activity plan at the national youth campus football activities workingconference in June2009, which help the campus football activities develop in a moreextensive and intensive way. Although Xingtai is not among the key cities of footballdevelopment, it has a large number of young students, who might be China’s footballhope in the future. Therefore, the survey will also provide valuable reference for thedevelopment of youth footballIn this paper,45middle schools and primary schools in the Xingtai city areregarded as the research object to investigate their football development status,through the methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logicanalysis, etc; Questionnaires are divided into: student questionnaire, parentsquestionnaire, physical education teacher questionnaire and the school leaderquestionnaire. We can obtain their views on school football through the analysis ofthe various reasons and get the present situation of Xingtai city’s school footballdevelopment. The conclusion is as follows:1. In Xingtai, the facilities of school football ground is very poor. Few schoolshave standard venues, and basically all is land, extremely individual schools have pasture, which directly led to the lack of Soccer exercise.2. Primary and middle school students’ enthusiasm in sports participation isvery high. But for the choice of athletic project is very extensive. In addition tofootball outside, school basketball and track and field development is the mostextensive. The chances are very limited to participate into football games.3. Many of the amateur training schools are pre-match assault training. Onlyone of them is perennial training. Also, they have very few maches every year, whichdo not accord with the development law of juvenile football training.4. The football teachers’ education level in Xingtai is relatively high. But thetitle structure is not reasonable. The teachers’ enthusiasm in work is not very high forvarious reasons.5. In general, The school leaders support sports activities. But in case offootball, they don’t quite agree with. Because they fear the students can be easilyinjured and they may take responsibility. However, they will show great support tosome well-organized football activities held by superior departments.6. Parents usually support their kids to take part in the projects with lowopposability, such as table tennis. And football is not among them. The main reason isthe strong fierce and kids are easy to get hurt. And the parents’ recognition isrelatively low about this sport. However, there are still some parents supporting thisactivity and regard it as a good way to build the body and they should respectchildren’ s own will.7. According to the above, my suggestions are as follows:1. Change the traditional ideas. We should pay more attention to the schoolsports and increase investment on soccer movement, improving the football field andother infrastructure construction.2. Deepen the juvenile football development pattern. The cooperation ofeducation department and sports department should be further strengthened and givefull play to their respective advantages, improving the football amateur training andcompetition system, as much for teenagers to participate in football as possible.3. Improve the status of teachers in the school football. It’s nevessery to strengthen their comprehensive quality construction and vigorously carry out juvenilefootball coach’s training work, which can make their effort recognised.4. Conduct vigorous propaganda of the advantages of football. more people canpay attention to soccer movement if a positive image can be set up.
