| Education is the most fundamental career of a nation which determines the future of a nation,even the future of a country.School-based physic education is an important part of scholastic education and the most basic way to achieve the dream of a strong country in sports.As the later stage of the nine-year compulsory education,secondary education lays the foundation for the future development of students and plays a vital role in the growth and cultivation of students.Students can learn cultural and knowledge through school education and school-based physical education provides students with the opportunity to learn the knowledge of physical activity,master sports skills,and improve their physical fitness.Developing school-based physical education is of great significance to the students as well as the country.Due to the different levels of economic development and 'educational in various regions,there are many problems in the process of the practical work of school-based physical education,especially in poor areas,which are affected by various factors,it affects the development of school-based physical education directly.In recent years,as the country's support for poor areas has been continuously strengthened,the education level of regions have been gr eatly improved,but due to the influence of traditional ideas,school-based physical education has not received enough attention relative to other subjects.This problem is particularly prominent in poor areas.Xingtai City is located in the southern of Hebei Province.It has a large geographical area and is a fourth-tier city.The economic development in the region is unreasonable,and the development of education levels varies greatly.There are 20 county-level administrative region in Xingtai City,including six poverty-stricken counties at the national level,namely Pingxiang County,Guangzong County,Julu County,Lincheng County,Xinhe County,and Wei County.Affected by the level of economic development,the level of education in these regions is lower than that in other regions of Xingtai.As people pay more and more attention to the sports achievement int the entrance examination for senior middle school,the development of school-based physical education in poor areas is facing new opportunities and challenges,which is of great significance for promoting the healthy and rapid development of school-based physical education in poor areas.In response to the the call of country-implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and in order to promote the development of education,this paper analyzes the current status of physical education in middle schools in poor areas of Xingtai City,investigating existing problems,and providing methods and strategies for the development of school-based physical education in poor areas.This thesis takes the junior middle schools in national poverty counties of Xingtai city as the study subject,and uses research methods including literature data,field survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and others to investigate and study 12 junior middle schools in Xingtai national poverty-stricken county,to learn the current situation of physical education in junior middle schools in Xingtai City's national poverty-stricken counties from a variety of perspectives,such as the management of school-based physical education,teachers,teaching and students' cognition to school-badesd physical education and summarizes the main problems in school physical education.Based on the actual situation in the region,this paper puts forward practical suggestions and countermeasures that suitable for the development of local school physical education and provides a useful and scientific reference for the development of physical education in junior high schools in the national poverty-stricken counties of Xingtai City.The results show that:The number of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Xingtai City's national poverty-stricken counties is far from meeting the relevant national standards.The distribution of physical education teachers in rural schools and county town is uneven,and the gender ratio of male and female teachers is unreasonable.The structure of physical education teachers' education background meets the country's basic requirements for the qualifications of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the professional title level is relatively low.Teachers' scientific research ability and innovation consciousness are poor.Physical education teachers have lower benefits and allowances,and there is no subsidy for sports clothing.The number of physical education classes does not meet the national standards.Due to the influence of local economic development and exam-oriented education,the type of a.thletic activities and the hours of physical education class is limited,especially in the third grade of junior high school.The organization and management of physical education classes in rural schools is different from in county town.A large amount of physical education classes adopt the form of "launching".Affected by the entrance examination of physical education,the physical education courses are mainly based on the physical examination.The school's extracurricular sports activities exists kinds of problem,such as the activities are singular,lacking a unified organizer and manager and the form is free and simple,the student's participation is relatively casually and teachers in other subjects take up this period.The hour of extracurricular spor'ts activities cannot be guaranteed,so it doesn't meet the national requirement of one hour of physical exercise time per day. |
