The senior high school stage is the key period of forming individual outlook on life andvalues, and also is a vital interim of students’ learning and life. Because learning stress issues,many students lose interest in learning, learning goals are not clear, depressed... Thesephenomena are generally considered as the performance of learning burnout. Learningburnout will affect students’ physical and psychological health, reduce the learning efficiency,there might be even further damage to the teacher’s self-efficacy and parents’ life satisfaction.By using Hu Qiao’s questionnaire of Zhejiang Normal University and employing theShijiazhuang key senior high school students as the research object, This studies follow theresearch ideas “theoretical analysis-survey data-Analysis of current situation-counselingstrategies-development characteristics”. We explore the relationship between learningburnout and the students’ gender, grade, academic performance, profession, student cadres,family status and implement relevant counseling strategies. The results are as follows:First, the learning burnout of Shijiazhuang key senior high school students is close tomedium level. The fact is not serious, but it can’t be optimistic, low efficiency dimensionscores higher than the others.Second, we explored the differences of key Senior high school students’ learning burnoutin the follow aspects: gender, grade, academic achievement and so on. Learning burnoutsituation of different grade has significant differences in emotional exhaustion, physiologicaldepletion and Learning burnout total score respects. The students of different academicperformance in emotional exhaustion, learning inefficient and Learning burnout total scorerespects reveal significant differences. There is a significant difference between profession inemotional exhaustion, physiological depletion and Learning burnout total score respects.There is no significant difference in gender, whether as the student cadres, family status(Thefamily seat, parental educational status)aspects.Third, Key Senior high school students’ learning burnout counseling strategies mainlyinclude:“Inspirational meeting, Inspirational letter, Tutorial system, Inspirationalgymnastics.” These activities are developed mainly to boost the confidence of students,enhance self-efficacy, bring positive psychological suggestion to reduce its emotionalexhaustion, enhance teacher-student relationship, improve physical fitness to decreasephysiological depletion and so on.Fourth, After the implementation of learning burnout intervention strategy, Key Senior high school students not only in learning burnout total score have great change, But also ineach dimension, Especially in the physiological depletion and learning inefficient aspects.In the analysis of individual differences, counseling strategies reduce the differences in grades,academic performance and profession aspects.
