Chemistry learning burnout refers to negative situation in chemical learning.It is influenced by the instructors,school environment,family atmosphere and other external factors.Psychological factors,health problem of learners themselves also caused a negative impact.Not only can it reflect the psychological state of high school students' chemical learning,but also related the development of cognitive ability directly.At present,the situation of the high school students' learning burnout is becoming worse.It has drawn a lot of researchers attention,but most of researches are expanded on learning burnout itself.Other intensive study of learning burnout are reported rarely,It is necessary to carry out further investigation right now.In this study,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods were used to investigate the current situation of students' Chemistry learning burnout.Taking Urumqi B middle school's students as an example,issuing 400 questionnaires and 356 questionnaires were collected.The effective rate was 89.0%.Use social science statistical software SPSS23.0 to test Chemistry learning burnout,learning motivation and academic self-efficacy by difference test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and the mediation effect test Analyzing the relations of Chemistry learning burnout,learning motivation and academic self-efficacy.Also establish the intermediary variable model of them.The main results are as follows:(1)The extent of high school students' learning burnout is stable.The average of it is 50.90 points,the maximum is 93 points,explained that only a few of students are in a serious situation.Besides,the average of emotional exhaustion is 18.26,which is the main factor affecting students' chemical learning burnout.The p value of sex and native place are both higher than 0.05,which means it has no statistical significance for burnout.The p value of grade and year are both less than 0.05,it shows a significant influence of learning burnout.(2)According to the motivation of chemical learning,internal motivation(11.45 points)is higher than external motivation slightly(16.95 points).The coefficient of correlation for chemical learning motivation and learning burnout is less than 0,all results are presenting a negative correlation prominently.(3)According to the academic self-efficacy of chemistry,self-efficacy and study ability self-efficacy are in a fairly situation.The coefficient of correlation for chemical self-efficacy and learning burnout is more than 0,all results are presenting positive correlation prominently.(4)Learning burnout of high school students,chemical learning motivation and chemical academic self-efficacy are in significant correlation.Chemical academic self-efficacy can be the intervening variable between chemical learning motivation and learning burnout.In addition,analysing the interview of three students,founded that the reason caused students' learning burnout are different.Traits of character,society,family and school's environment caused different kinds of influence on students' psychological.There is no directly causal relationship between the three.Based on the investigation,the following conclusions are put forward as follows: Chemistry learning burnout of Urumqi senior school students are in the medium level.The proposal of this study are expected to provide some references for alleviating the Chemistry learning burnout.
