The essence of education is to promote the comprehensive and freedom development of individuals, is to stimulate human potential, is to human happiness. However, in reality education, the function of education tend to selection from education, which has produced many negative effects to the healthy growth of students. Happiness education which is the value of education targeted at the pursuit of happiness students, expounded originally the concept of happiness education, pursuit the unity of the happiness of the process of education and the results of education, take care of the current teaching practice.Every child is very important, attention to the vulnerable group of student that is an important measure to achieve balanced development of education. The vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented, who is because of lagging behind academic achievement, is student groups in long-term vulnerable in education and teaching activities. This weakness is relativity and variability. The relativity is compared to the students of learning advantage, students who are disadvantaged in learning, but are not necessarily vulnerable in other aspects. The variability means this disadvantaged situation can be improved by taking a targeted education strategy. The vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented characterized by:lack of intellectual curiosity, weak willpower; experience more failure, self-motivated frustrated; the lack of attention and care, emotional vulnerability; more criticized and less appreciated, low self-evaluation. Analysis vulnerable situation of the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented, expounded the theoretical foundation of happiness education which include theory of humanistic care, difference in teaching, inclusive education and educational justice.Happiness missing of the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented is mainly due to:alienation of educational purposes, instrumental of educational evaluation, the lack of subjectivity and the withstand heavy pressure of the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented. In order to improve the living conditions of the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented, to experience happiness in the process of the learning process, the author has tried to explore practical ways to compensate for vulnerable groups achieve happiness education: accepted in good faith, concerned about the "forgotten corner", enhance consciousness of subject of the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented, optimal evaluation to the vulnerable group of students in learning-oriented, build a harmonious environment of campus interpersonal, Innovative channels of parental participation in school education. To hope through effective, easy to practice methods to benefit every student, make academic achievements transformed into the individual to grow up happily, and free comprehensive development.
