Secondary occupation education in China is an important part of secondary education,shoulders the important task of cultivating high quality workers. China’s economicdevelopment needs of a large number of high-quality skilled personnel, and the personneltraining needs to develop the occupation education especially secondary occupation education.Hebei province secondary occupation education after years of development has made greatachievements, but still can not meet the need to build economic strong province, in the entireeducation system and the development of national economy, the position in overall situationremains to be further improved. As for the Handan city rural secondary occupation education,rural labor overall cultural level is low, agricultural knowledge, is the current Handan ruralsecondary occupation education the main problems, the need for further improvement.This article take the Handan County as the main object of study, use of literature andinterviews, through visitting investigation discovery, in recent years Handan rural secondaryoccupation education has carried out a series of reforms and has made certain achievements.But in the county education agency management, school conditions, social supervision stillexist many problems. To solve this problem in three aspects: in the county, suggestededucational institution reform of management mode, perfect system, reforming personneltraining mode, expand students, set against a rural secondary occupation education fundsmanagement security mechanism; the conditions for running schools, strengthening theconstruction of training base, build a contingent of high-quality teachers, clear trainingobjectives, the setting of curriculum; social supervision, promoting private educationdevelopment, perfect the system of obtain employment admittance.The study of rural secondary occupation education in Hebei province from the realproblem proceed with, much flank, much angle to seek the occupation education developmentrule, strive to enrich our country occupation education theory, for our country rural occupationeducation development practice provides a theoretical strategy, promoting China’s ruraloccupation education’s healthy development.
