Chemistry is a natural science based on experiments.Experiments are not just the basic characteristics of chemistry but also theimportant contents of chemistry. Mr Dai Anbang,a famous chemist, oncesaid:"The chemical experiment is the most effective teaching form inperforming comprehensive chemistry education." This highly generalizedthe position and role that the chemical experiment teaching played in thewhole process of chemical education.Having read a lot of literature materials, the author states the researchbackground in three aspects: the analysis of students, the requirements ofcurriculum standard and exam outline analysis, In order to realize thecombination of theory and practice and fully embody the natural scienceproperties, I adapt the exploring method combining document analysis andcontrast studies. Regarding first-year students of high school as theresearch objects in experimental and comparative classes, I do research intoexperiment teaching strategies of the high school chemistry course, mainlyusing questionnaire, interview, the chart of the evaluation, result analysis, and other means to explore the assistance of experiment teaching onstudents’ ability and learning results. Through practical exploration, the contrast of students’ interest before and after the experiment, learningattitude, learning achievement, and concern about the environment, Irealize they have improved to varying degrees in these areas. Facts showthat students’ learning ability and learning results can effectively beimproved by performing experiment teaching in the high school chemistrycourse.
