With the continuous development and progress, community influence on people’s lives more and more obvious, the lives and needs of community members have taken place in different levels of change. Impaired adult community education support primarily through the community to provide education for adult disability support to meet the adult disability educational materials, knowledge, skills, education, emotional needs, to help adult disability access to resources, information and relationships, thereby enabling a person independence, productivity, community integration and satisfaction are improved.In this study, by drawing on educational support to vulnerable groups Yu Xiulan the definition and classification of two self questionnaires, interviews, an outline of Dalian City, Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province Mudanjiang City, both24communities,114community-designed barriers to dry and416adult, including impaired adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, impaired adults, adults with disabilities visual impairment, hearing impaired adults with disabilities, conducted a questionnaire survey and focus of Dalian City, Liaoning Province and Heilongjiang Province Mudanjiang City, barriers to adult community to provide educational support situations and adult community education disabilities supported by the situation demand.Through investigation and analysis, this study reached the following conclusions:(1) community barriers to provide adult education to provide support mainly to the occasional main; showed instability, non-continuous, intermittent characteristics; regional context of the community educational support provided varying degrees of significant differences, mainly in education, material support, both emotional support and education.(2) adult disability support for the utilization of community education in order to not use the main key; adult disorders on utilization of community education and community support to provide educational support to the case of a contrast, inconsistent characteristics; different regions and different types of disability background variables affect adult disability support for the utilization of community education.(3) adult disability support needs of community education needs include physical, intellectual needs, social needs, self-realization, such as different needs; a free, ideal and reality, utility, Sex different characteristics; different types of disability, gender of adult disability support needs of community education, motivation and individual physiological factors, psychological factors, social factors are closely related.Conclusions of this study is combined with lifelong education and learning of social theory, constructivism, respectively, to provide educational support for community and adult disabilities how to use the education community support, how to meet the educational needs of adult disability education made a fair recommendations. Hope that through this study can contribute to disorders of adult community education to support the construction, development, and for the communities to better, faster, more effective services for adult contribute to a disability.
