The rural community adult education organizations are adult education managements and implements agencies existing in the rural communities, which are responsible for promoting the development of the rural communities, so making scientific researches on them has important theoretical and practical significance. This could enrich the adult education theory system from the theoretical perspective. In practical aspect, this can provide ideas and references for the build of the rural community adult education organization. At present, there is less research results about the build of the rural community adult education organizations. These mainly focus on research of the organization elements, and lack of discusses about the rural community adult education organization on the whole. The study status definitely affects the whole construction of the rural community adult education organizations.If the research on the organization elements are only seeing the trees in the forest, and the organization’s overall research is the overlooking the whole forest. Based on the thinking. The study explores the rural community adult education organizations from the perspective of theory and practice with the literature method, the inductive method, the deductive method, the case study method, the field investigation method, and so on. The dissertation mainly consists of three parts. That is to pursue ontology, to construct method and to explore practice.The ontology is to discuss the definition, characteristic and value of the rural community adult education organizations. The part of methods construction mainly discusses the principle and model of construction of the rural community adult education organizations.The part of practice exploration includes case analysis and practice strategy. Specifically, the dissertation includes introduction, to pursue ontology, principle and model of construction of the rural community adult education organizations, theoretical model resolution, case analysis, and practical strategy.Section one:The introduction part includes the reason of the topic selection, literature review, purpose and significance of the study, the train of thought, framework and methods.Section two:To pursue ontology on the rural community adult education organization. This part includes the definition of relative concepts, characteristics, value of the rural community adult education organization. The rural community adult education organization is the social education organisms or entities in the area where agriculture is the main industry, which are established according to the certain rules and procedure, and adults are regards as the main body. Compared with other types of organizations, they have the formal, public, learning, and local characteristics. In the aspect of value, the construction of the rural community adult education could contribute to the all-round development of the rural community, the implementation of national policies, self-development of community residents, and self-development of education.Section three:Principles and models of the rural community adult education organization construction. The construction of the rural community adult education organization should follow the principles such as political principles, economical principle cultural principle, educational principles and principle of flexibility. Based on the organization coordination model, the organizational design dimensions model and the learning organization model of the system, the study builds the model of the rural community adult education organization. The model includes environment, personnel, goal, curriculum, structure, cultural, assessment.Section four:Analysis on the rural community adult education organization theoretical model. The theoretical model of the rural community adult education organization presents a basic idea of the construction of rural community adult education organization from the macroscopic, and it is the simplified framework of construction of the rural community adult education organization. That is to formulate the perfect target system based on problem solving, to seek and integrate resources based on the practical necessity, to establish net structure with education features based on position and power, to develop systems based on the specific organization, to create a culture atmosphere based on the functional, to build the time-based curriculum, to establish mtcsol team, to arrange effect-based assessment.Section seven:This is a conclusion part. It’s mainly the overall review of the research, and puts forward some advice to the benefit of further improving perfectly and upgrading the local follow-up-researches in the future.The innovation of this study is mainly manifested in three aspects:One is new topic. The study takes the rural community adult education organization as research theme, and it is the first time in China. The second is a new research perspective. The study explores the construction of rural community adult education organization comprehensively and deeply from Histological perspective. This has an important value and significance, which could enrich the rural community adult education organization theory and guide the construction of rural community adult education practice. The third is the new research content.Based on the theory of histology, rural community adult education organization theory model was established. The paper analyzes adult school in N town, summarizes its experience, and puts forward the practical strategies of the construction of the rural community adult education organization.
