Curriculum resources refers to the course of curriculum and the source elementnecessary and direct conditions, physical education curriculum resources meanseverything to support and expand the floorboard of the sports curriculum functionthings. Education reform and the general theory and practice, and it is easy to find,development and utilization of curriculum resources is always education reform of allimportant. Sports curriculum resources exploitation and utilization, and it is also theimportant content of the reform of physical education curriculum and the basicguarantee. Study of physical education curriculum resources, is not only beneficial tothe physical education curriculum reform, and achieving the goal of physical educationcurriculum resources to present the importance in physical education teaching is of greatsignificance. But at present, our country sports circles of PE curriculum resourcesresearch, the author has just started by literature, questionnaire, investigation andpractical method for the system research, and in the light of the present situation of P.E.curriculum resource development put forward constructive Suggestions andrecommendations.The main conclusion:1To human resources development and utilization status,Liaoning middle school physical education teachers in general younger, achieves thenational average level. But teachers lack experience; low age, Gender structurereasonable, nor too much for male teachers, Teachers’ professional structureunreasonable, intermediate above teachers low, lack of discipline leaders.2Sportsfacilities in the use of resources, generally speaking, Liaoning middle school sportsfacilities resources still cannot meet the requirement of school physical educationtraining, its overall can satisfy the school also30%. Sports curriculum resourcesexploitation, Liaoning middle school sports teaching contents, teachers are all veryfamiliar to choose the sports teaching, and has a strong organization of northern folksports colour.3Liaoning middle school sports activities is far from time to meet thenational standards, including rural situation worse, not only did not reach theextracurricular activity duration prescribed by the state, and the urban middle schoolsports obviously less than a number of activities, Extracurricular activities, and the lackof a single off-campus content; teachers’ Lack of physical activity places outside.4In Liaoning middle school sports natural geography resources utilization overall shortageof natural geography resources utilization, school of sports activities in the wild, fewnumerous sports, more schools, and other projects choose cross-country race seldomasked.5In Liaoning middle school sports for the utilization of natural geographyresources shortage in general, schools use natural geography resources of sportsactivities in the case of most teachers rarely, insufficient natural geography resources,lack of exploitation and utilization of ideas and patterns.6Liaoning middle schoolphysical education teachers and students to obtain information approach is relativelysingle, means a backward, mainly television, newspapers, magazines, and the commonapproach and advanced network technology and information retrieval technology hasn’tbeen PE teachers and students with a broad range of application.Countermeasures: positive human resource development and utilization, Activesports facility resources development and utilization, Reconstruction project, improveteaching contents of physical education curriculum resources, Make full use ofafter-class sports resources, protection and off-campus students have plenty ofextracurricular exercise time, Using natural geography resources, improving students’sports enthusiasm, Mining of sports and health information resources, accelerating thenetwork resource utilization.
