The fundamental mission of the cultural construction of rural compulsory education school teachers cultivate first-class teachers in rural compulsory education schools, is to identify and strengthen teachers studying education and teaching, the fundamental driving force to improve the quality of teachers. In a way, it can be said that the problem of the cultural construction of rural compulsory education schools, excellent teachers, has become a bottleneck in the development of rural compulsory education. Teachers intellectuals humanity assumptions as a starting point, mainly from the teachers’ professional growth implied Career Achievement demand characteristics, combined with the experience of the author in compulsory education in rural areas to teach school education reform (such as teachers job classification and post appointment system reforms, teachers’ year-end performance of their duties appraisal system reform, teacher incentive pay for performance system and compulsory education foundation courses reform) and get first-hand information, the use of the "three times theory, two-factor motivation theory grid theory and management of the current culture of rural compulsory education school teachers and try to build the cultural construction of teachers’archery model to nurture the culture of what advanced teachers and teachers how to cultivate advanced cultural issues bold analysis and exploration. I think intellectuals demand characteristics should be the teachers, the cultural construction of teachers to meet teachers’professional development and their career achievements mainly implied the need to even consider the implementation of compulsory education teachers with reference to the management of the civil service system; content on teachers ’cultural patriotism as the core of educating people-oriented, scientific development, professional dedication, democracy and the rule of law, cooperation and innovation, a teacher in his teachers’core values and cultural system of teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism for the core culture and should include at least adhere to the people-oriented education,the behavior culture-based team of teachers governance, the most critical issue is to ensure the organic unity;this in the organization,the need to reform and improve the existing school leadership and administration system to principals Center personnel selection and training mechanism to enhance the leadership of the organization of the school leaders, teachers and cultural construction to provide organizational guarantee.
