This paper, based on the perspective of Pedagogy and Culturology, studys the literature of teachers’ culture and investigates the HangZhou ChongWen Experimental School. Which shows the real condition of ChongWen teachers’ culture. Compared with the former, ChongWen teachers’culture is more lifelike. This full text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, which clarified the origin of this study and the significance of this research. Then the paper analyzed the current situation about teachers’ culture in China and abroad, and proposed the research difficulties and methods of this study.The second chapter is what the teachers’ culture should be. In this chapter, it summarized the connotation and the characteristics of teachers’ culture. According to the several levels: the development history of teachers’ culture, teachers’ creation, and teachers’ beliefs and values, it analyzed the structure of teachers’ culture. Teachers’ beliefs and values shows the teacher’s spiritual culture, which is a kind of invisible, silent teachers’ code of conduct, inspiring teachers. Teachers’culture is leading the construction of school culture, promoting teachers’ profession and improving the management at school effectively.The third chapter is what the real teachers’ culture of the case school is. The third-ranking schools attach impoatance to the enrolment rate, the second-ranking schools emphasize the school regular, the top-ranking schools pay attention to the culture construction. ChongWen Experimental School shows us the voluntary cooperation of teachers’ cultural consciousness by teachers’ self-contained classes, team teaching, action research and so on.Lastly, it compared what the teachers’ culture should be and what the real teachers’ culture through is. Which has achieved dialectical unity.The fifth chapter firstly analyzes the internal and external factors of teachers’ culture. Then it summed up the promotion strategy of the construction of teachers’ culture:to improve the principal leadership and establish modern education values; to set up the school system for students foremost; to evaluate students from many sides and reduce the external reform pressure; to attach importance to the teachers and create a good school environment. Finally, it discussed how to spread the excellent teachers’ culture and the improvement of follow-up study.
