Development Status, Difficult Position And Countermeasures Of Jiangxi Institute Of Social Sciences

After decades of development, the Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences has promoted the prosperity and development of social sciences; has trained an excellent social science talent team; safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of social scientists; promotes the popularization of social sciences knowledge in the whole society; serves party committee and government of decision-making and consultation; strengthens the home and abroad cooperation and exchange of the Jiangxi Provincial Association of Social Sciences, and has made a great contribution to the promotion of the comprehensive prosperity of the provincial social sciences with the coordinated and sustainable economic and social development. The changes of functions of our government have been continuing due to the deepening of reform and opening up, and economic&social development. Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences plays a prominent role in the economic, political, cultural and social aspects, which also is in the new stage of development, facing new development opportunities and a broad space for development.In this paper, the author takes the development of Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences as the main line; elaborates the concepts and theoretical foundation of Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences; summarizes the development status of Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences, and analyzes the current major issues and problems in the development of Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences; learns from the experience of the development of social sciences at home and abroad; uses the theories of public management disciplines; presents measures to promote the healthy development of social sciences from the two angles of government and Jiangxi Institute of Social Sciences.
