Base on network and communication technology widely used and lots of teaching and learning theories, the network-based instruction develop fastly today. Network-based instruction is not only an important way to realize lifelong education, but also a significant means for teaching and supplementary.There are some low-level efficiency in network-based instruction.Such as under network teachers’ teaching change greatly.Teachers’teaching and students’study not completely fusion together and haven’t realize effective substantial integration. Meanwhile pursuing the eternal theme of effective teaching theory and practice research. More and more domestic and overseas scholars and researchers pay close attention to the research about network effective teaching.On the basis of previous studies, sorting and analyzing the effective teaching theory, this paper first expounds the meaning of effective teaching, indicator, influence factors and has a brief comprehensive overview of the development of effective teaching thought. Then, on the theoretical research this paper summarizes four changes of teacher in network-based instruction:teachers’teaching concept change, teaching content change, teachers’teaching mode change, teachers’ research criteria change. Finally, combined with these changes, this paper puts forward some effective teaching strategies and suggestions, mainly explore from two aspects the teacher guide behavior and the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning behavior.
