This study based on the class of high school general-purpose technology,and theobject of study are the first-grade students of high school in the circumstance ofinquiry learning; and combined with the common methods of the development ofstudents’self-management and the features of inquiry learning, applies severalmethods and strategies--“leading, encouraging, monitoring”,“autonomy, positivecooperating environment”,“collaborate and create a positive mutual relationship oftrust”,“communicating and cooperation with the discovery”, let the development ofthe self-management and inquiry learning integrating,and try to verify the validity ofthe development of the self-management in inquiry learning by the degree ofacceptability of the practice activities and the degree of educational goal, to cultivatethe ability of self-management using the training consciously, thus, making somemore attempts and efforts on the changing of the weak awareness of inquiry learningand the concept of self-management.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is Introduction, includes genesis,purpose, significance,value and theoretical basis of the study; The second part definessome concept at the first, summarizes the research achievements about inquirylearning and the ability of self-management in detail; The third part indicates themethods of the study clearly, and designs the whole study, includes object selection,tool design, reliability, validity, promotion degrees and ethical problems of the study;The fourth part discusses and protocols the specific action research plan on the basisof finding and analyzing the problems of the self-management of student on the class;The fifth part is the implementation of Action research plan, includes the teachingdesigns and the teaching implementation of the integration about inquiry learning andthe cultivation of the ability of students’ self-management, later interview, later test,the collection and analysis of materials, conclusion; The sixth part is research conclusions and profound consideration, summarizes the methods and strategy of thecultivation of the ability of self-management, propose the stage type--teacher-studentinteraction model and principle of the Cultivation about the capability development ofthe self-management of the students in inquiry learning, in order to get the identityand promotion from more education workers.
