The Research Of The Application Of Senior School Political Life To Class Management

Nowadays, most countries are developing economy and science and technology as their national strategic focuses. And the development of economy and science and technology relies on all-round developed talents. So teachers take responsibilities to cultivate all-round developed talents. As a senior school head teacher, his or her class management play an important role to students’healthy growth and the national talents. Referring to related contents of senior school Compulsory Politics Two-"Political Life", the article mainly analyses the basis of the application of related contents of senior school "Political Life" to the class management and the existing problems and the strategies of the application.This research is divided into three parts:The first part discusses the significance of the application of "Political Life" knowledge in class management."Political Life" related knowledge and class management are closely related.their combination helps students to build up the common political idea and to construct the harmonious class. It also helps students to build up democratic and legal consciousness and to strengthen the ability of self-management of class. Lastly it helps students to firm Chinese characteristic socialism belief and to enhance the class’s cohesive force and centripetal force.The second part analyzes the existing problems the application of "Political Life" knowledge in class management, including that class democratic management level is low, but some management concept lead in advance. The head teacher persists in taking economic construction as the center while the class management content focuses on intellectual education. The lack of management methods to teach students according to their aptitude, being used to imitating, the lack of authorities in class management, and so on.The third part states the basic strategy of the application of "Political Life" knowledge in class management. Including the following:the students in the class are equal before class rules, class management guided by the scientific development view, students handle interpersonal relationships guided by related international relationship knowledge to improve their own comprehensive strength, and to strive in the life stage. Set up the head teacher authority to make students firmly support and obey class management, etc.
