Property Right、Organization And Management:the Research On Reform Of Management System In H University-run Enterprise

It’s a unique phenomenon in history of Higher Education that universities runenterprises directly in China. University-run enterprises are special groups. Universitiesand enterprises are part of different areas，and undertake different responsibilities. As thetwo of the combination，university-run enterprises inevitably emerge some problems. Oneof important problems， the reformation of management system of university-runenterprises，has appears to the horizons of public response. This thesis takes case studyand takes H University as object of the research. The whole thesis takes property，organization and management as breakthrough point. It is hoped that this thesis can beuseful to related problems and its concrete structure is arranged as follow：Firstly this thesis presents the related background，significances，studies at home andabroad and research thought，research method. Secondly this thesis introduces theoreticalprinciple and the summary of university-run enterprises. Thesummary of university-run enterprises explains the meaning， characteristics anddevelopment history of university-run enterprises. Then this thesis analyses the status andreform methods of H university-run enterprises，which are the core chapters of this thesis.The status of H university-run enterprises includes the introduction of H University and Huniversity-run enterprises，problem analysis from the directions of property right，organization and management. The reform methods of H university-run enterprisesinclude the overall framework，concrete measures from the views of government，propertyright，organization and management and modern enterprise system. Finally this thesismakes ponder to the development of the management system of H university-runenterprises This chapter analyzes the reasons that it takes a heavy burden and embark on along road to the development of H university-run enterprises.
