Today,education evaluation has become a battle in curriculum educational reform,andalso it is the difficulty and focus of education reform and development.Test is an important way to evaluate (especially academic evaluation). Comprehensiveunderstanding of the students through a test is efficient and realistic. The high-quality of theacademic level of the papers volume can be better to complete the students’ academic leveltest and play their studies to evaluate their own role.Unfortunately,there is no uniform student academic evaluation system,even scatteredand local in China. System of elementary education evaluation has been set up recently,sothere is no uniform standard to restrict the quality of academic evaluation papers.Student’sassessment papers indicators become an important issue to be solved.Related theory,basic principles,first-line teachers’ advice and literature analysis intendsto elementary school mathematics academic evaluation paper quality analysis are used toestablish indicators;the use of factor analysis method to determine the index structure;application experts sort method to determine the index weight heavy;Then establishevaluation standards.The results show that:On the one hand,establish efficient and high-quality mathematical academic analysis ofindicators for evaluation papers must include the design of examination papers,examinationcontent,questions and examination technology,four indicators.Research is based on education-related policies and regulations,mathematics curriculumstandards,national compulsory education,compulsory nature of mathematics and students’physical and mental development needs. Refer to previous study,the establishment ofelementary school mathematics academic evaluation papers quality analysis include thedesign of examination papers,examination content,questions and examination technology,four indicators.Refine the indicators,eventually propose53indicators. Send questionnaire tofront-line teachers’ questionnaire and recycle statistics results. The results of statistical data,determine final42indicators.Then use exploratory factor analysis methods,analyse potentialindicators of structure,twiddle factor,name factor.20common factors extracted from the42indicators will be identified as the two indicators,prior to36indicators identified as thethree indicators. Sort of application specialists to determine the specific evaluation indicatorsof the corresponding weights and set the level of three levels of evaluation,and ultimately theformation of the academic evaluation of elementary school mathematics examination paperquality indicators include the four-level indicators,20two and36three indicators. On the other hand,the process of establishment as follows:Setting indicators-screening indicators-establishing structure-setting standard-theallocating weights-demonstrating indicators. Analysis of indicators of the quality ofevaluation papers in mathematical studies to establish a rigorous process,requiring aspecialized factor.The research can improve the evaluation of mathematical studies and promote thescientific development of the mathematical academic evaluation.
