Besides they have some opposite emotions of society, and theirwillpower is weak.The problems of the ideological and moral of the migrant workers’ following childrenhave something with the social negative factors, the wrong cognition of migrant workers andtheir children, the hard and fluid work of the migrant workers’, and the low culture quality ofthe migrant workers. In addition, some schools pay more attention to intelligence educationrather than moral education, and the teaching resources are short, which are also related tothose ideological and moral problems.Because there are many factors leading to the problems of the ideological and moral ofthe migrant workers’ following children, strengthening the ideological and moral constructionshould be considered from multi-level and multi-angle. In this paper, the author consideredthe factors of government, society, school and family, then respectively put forward themeasures and methods to strengthen the ideological and moral construction.
