This study made it’s time division to Mongolian’s social transformationperiod.Adjusting the educational impact with the analysis of its politics,economy andculture,for the further explore, the whole national education development in Mongoliahistory’s social transition period of compulsory education,which can develop the new fieldfor foreign education history research.And comparing the different time division ofMongolian’s social transition’s compulsory education implementation,and summarize theprocess of the experiences,develop a new period of knowledge for compulsoryeducation inethnic minority areas.In this paper,combined the method of documentational,historical and comparativeresearch method to study the last century’s social transformation of politics,economic andcultural’s structure adjustment,influence of social changes on education,and expound thesocial transformation and the education development period in history of compulsoryeducation history in detail.Full text is divided into five parts:The first part is about the research background,problems and the value of this study,andthe core of this research related concept is defined and the related field of main lines ofresearch on the research and reviewed in this paper.The second part is according to the preliminary analysis of the compulsory education’shistorical background and the social transformation, found out the compulsoryeducation’soverview before the social transformation.The third section describes social transformation of Mongolia’s early compulsoryuniversal education are facing some challenges and the authorities continue to adhere to thedevelopment of education which is under the relevant practice and exploration.The fourth part is the analysis of the transformation of social education policy periodwhich is related to the government and social changes and the development view of the socialtransformation influence and the related factors of Mongolia’s compulsory education.The fifth part of the social transformation period with Mongolia of the compulsoryeducation development of comb the related research and analysis,the paper puts forward thesocial transformation of Mongolia’s compulsoryeducation and the historical experience ofChina’s rural areas,with it’s ethnic minorities, and remote backward area compulsoryuniversal education enlightenment....
