Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) is carried out in computer-aided teaching andlearning activities. In this paper, to investigate the use of computer-aided learning courseware, In theconstructivist theory under the guidance of the scientific design of a personal foul CAICourseware. Courseware used in the practice of basketball referee teaching, So that studentscan take advantage of "Zero Lesson" a better grasp of basketball invasion foul penalty. By thecomparative analysis of the experimental group and control group, to explore the differencesof their teaching effectiveness, the following conclusions:Courseware comparative analysis shows that the CAI courseware on the students’interest in learning, attention concentration, analytical ability, self-learning ability to have abetter role in promoting; CAI courseware can effectively improve the students’ personal foulknowledge and fined; prove teachers Discussion on "Zero Lesson" to complete the feasibilityof teaching content, learning time is even more flexible; interactive performance has beenimproving but is still unable to reach the level of intelligence, can not be the same asconventional classroom teaching between teachers and students targeted exchange.
