| Pre-service teacher training and post teacher training are collectively known as teachereducation. According to the different stages of professional development of teachers, teachertraining and development are considered and designed overall. Teacher education is anintegrated process, continuous and developing. From the present education mode research ofprimary and secondary school teachers in china, three main aspects are following: researchand discussion about a certain training mode of teacher education in primary and secondaryschools; reform and innovation of an internal elements of teacher education training mode inprimary and secondary schools; the research into the situation and problems of teachereducation mode in different areas. However, there are no such literatures on the mode ofteacher education in the economic and traffic underdeveloped areas.The article goes with Changhai County Teacher Education Mode as the researchtarget. By the systematic investigation and study, analyze the situation and problems ofexisting mode of teacher education in Changhai County so as to set up a mode of teachereducation, which is fit for Changhai County and similar areas. Meanwhile, I hope that thisstudy can provide some basis for other scholars.This paper consists of the following parts:The preface part: mainly includes the research background,research significance,research object,research hypothesis,to innovation,domestic and foreign research,researchmethods and concepts。The first part: mainly introduce County teacher education mode of development andevolution,but also investigate and analyze the county schools situation,teachers’ make-up,and the development of teacher education mode.The second part:introduce the situation of the county teacher education mode,and thecounty teacher education connotation and implementation are discussed in this paper。The third part:: a case study in Changhai NO.1middle school specifically analyses howto carry out teacher education mode in teaching management and practice.The fourth part: first of all, in the form of questionnaires, investigate the county teachereducation present situation.
