The plenty of studied results for teaching and learning get more and more indication that the teacher is the most important factor to restrain education quality and impact on students' achievement. School-based teacher training is an important way to improve the crew's qualities. The problems caused in school are the beginning of training, while solving these problems is the destination of training. The purpose of training is to solve the problems that the crew met with during studying and working at school, then to promote the development of the school.The studies make full use of the campus net resource to make school-based teacher training. "To foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses", and to explore some suitable models such as organization, management, training, feedback communication, and evaluation method, so as to promote the healthy development of our school, and to improve the specialized qualities of our teachers.The studies take advantage of comparison studied method, experience concluded Method, literature datum method, and science studied method, to get compared with the relevant literature datum and study between internal and external. To make paper enquiry for the situation of school-based teacher training developed at school for the moment. With the theory guide of teacher professional development, lifetime education, opening education and long-rang education, etc. Those theories, model, feedbacks, communication, evaluate system, organization management with school-based teacher training under the circumstances of network get audacious attestation and exploration.The first chapter, making use of compared study method to study school-based teacher training between internal and external. On the basis of the generation and development for school-based teacher training analyze.
