Academic procrastination is stalling on, and on the basis of the students’ learningsituation happened in a kind of behavior. Refers to the individual can’t finish the taskor always delayed until the last minute to do such a tendency. Most scholars at homeand abroad that delay is harmful. Delay will undoubtedly block success, the delay isto give themselves the path of setting up roadblocks staffed. In the process of delay,individual not only undertake delay the problem with negative consequences, troubles,etc, but also often experience and delay the related problem solving anxiety tendency.But the HuChunBao (2008) to our country the master of the delay case study groupsurvey found in about70%of master graduate student academic delay existingbehavior, about15%of the individual often bear the delay of its negative emotionaldistress, more than50%of the individual hope to lower their tendency to delay. Selfadjusting learn also is in recent years education psychology circles common one areaof research. Self adjusting learners is to point to to reach goals, motivation, cognitive,from emotions and behavior and other aspects to adjust his own people. From thisperspective, students’ academic procrastination behavior is essentially explain thatthese students are not self adjusting learning. The students’ self adjust learning fromthe internal mechanism to train the students’ self Angle adjustment learning ability,thus improving the delay of the academic behavior should delay is a very goodtreatment and intervention. This study aims to adjust themselves to the master studytraining to improve their academic delay.In this study condition, the conclusions are as follows:1) Academic procrastination and self-regulated learning, time management disposition,self-control are negatively related to the self-regulated learning score, timemanagement score, self-control score higher the more people without delay.2) To a certain extent self-regulated learning cycle model training can improve thegraduate students of academic procrastination.3) Group intervention is better than independent intervention to improve graduatestudents’ academic delay.
