Chinese characters are the record of language symbol system, Chinese character is a tool for exchange of thoughts and feelings, is one of the world’s oldest words. Writing has important significance that to inspire the patriotic feelings of the students, promote the intellectual development of students, develop students’ character and Improve students’ aesthetic taste. This study to the sixth grade students as the research object, to the write literacy as the subject, to evaluation as the basic view, Through to survey the writing literacy of sixth grade students and data analysis, present the writing literacy basic condition.This study in the process of combing theory to find that research perspective is new, the author attempts to analysis keywords such as write, writing literacy. And on that basis, to survey rural backbone teachers in national training plan of40elementary school teachers of Chinese language, to master a line the teachers focus on dimension on evaluate the students’ writing. At the same time, interview20education experts and teachers, know the suggestions and opinions. According to the analysis of the text, work out the evaluation standard. Finally, with two experts repeatedly scrutiny, who has many years engaged in primary school education calligraphy, developed writing literacy evaluation standard. This standard to evaluate students’ writing literacy sixth grade, including three level1dimensions,they are right, fluent, beautiful, and included eleven Level2dimensions.For students to write checks of accomplishment, the author works out the sixth grade students writing literacy evaluation papers. In the process of it, the author screens repeatedly new words and classical Chinese poetry from textbook of Changchun publishing company, People’s education publishing company and Beijing normal university publishing company, form papers that consist of dictation and copying. Through to interview two calligraphy experts, revised and perfected constantly, form the final version. Paper is divided into three parts, each version of20, the first part is part of clues, introduce to pay attention to the problem; the second part is the new words dictation, examine glyph correct or not; the third part is the ancient copy, in order to investigate other dimensions.To test147students of Yongji County and Changchun City, and evaluate writing literacy with evaluation standard, get the status as follows:first,writing posture is incorrectness, including sit posture and use pen; second, the students grasp of the overall level of glyphs is low; the third, the students’writing lack of aesthetics.
