Technology is a double-edged sword, and help mankind to get outfrom the daily labor at the same time, as the expense of people’s health. Incidence ofWestern developed countries and developing countries, diabetes, transition, obesity andother "diseases of affluence" is increasingly high, and has a younger trend of such"diseases of affluence" long incubation period, leading to high blood pressure, highcholesterol, heart diseases such as the steady erosion of people’s health and shorten theaverage life expectancy. These diseases for the countries spend heavily in the training ofhighly educated intellectuals, not only is the damage to their own health, is a national loss.Therefore, cultivate the habit of Lifelong Sport is the primary task of the current institutionsof higher learning, but also against such chronic diseases of affluence "is the mosteffective initiatives.Higher education is the last stage of the school sports, play a decisive role in lifelongsports habits of college students. How to do a good job of institutions of higher education,sports teaching, is an arduous task facing educators today. How to stimulate interest instudents’ sports through college physical education is to improve the power source of theTeaching Quality of Students lifelong physical habits play a multiplier effect."211Project" for the21st century, focusing on the construction of about100collegesand universities and a number of key disciplines."211Project" key universities, studentsare college students leader, generally characterized by IQ superior athleticism is relativelylow. Therefore, the grasp of the "211Project" key universities, students of physicalexercise is not only beneficial to them to better contribute to the motherland of collegesports teaching reform with reference4"211Project" key universities in Liaoning Province,Dalian University of Technology, Liaoning University, Northeastern University and DalianMaritime University. Set up an investigation by the sports teaching content of these fourschools, from teaching, guiding ideology, sports syllabus, various sports courses teachingcontent, the physical education curriculum exam score were analyzed, the followingconclusions:Although the diversification of Liaoning Province "211Project" key universitiescourses types of institutions, but the number of courses is still far from enough; coursesettings and Students’ needs are different, there is no curriculum arrangement is reasonable to consider from the perspective of students; teaching evaluationaspects ofirrationality, resulting in many students study for the exam, enabling students to transfer tothe examination up attention from the sport for pleasure; lack of diversification in thecurriculum, and behind the times, far from satisfying the curiosity of the contemporaryuniversity.Summing up the appeal, Liaoning Province "211Project" key universities are trying tocarry out physical education reform, but the pace of development is still not kept pace,leading to college students for college physical education evaluation. Sports teaching ofthe key universities of "211" Project in Liaoning Province in a way to improve the physicalquality of the students, but did not make students develop the habit of lifelong sports.Therefore, acceleration of Liaoning Province "211Project" key universities, collegephysical education reform is urgently needed.
